About delivery

Delivery terms are 1-2 business days.

Depending on your delivery address the system switches to different tariffs, as follows: (1) Edinburgh; (2) Areas near Edinburgh; (3) Rest of the UK, as indicated below. Cost of delivery throughout the UK (as per option 3) depends on total weight of your shipment and includes packaging. Courier companies we use are City-Link, Royal Mail, UPS, and they calculate cost of delivery based on the total weight of the shipment (including boxes and wrapping).

(1) For Edinburgh addresses:

cost £2.00;
Mo-Fr: orders made before 16:00 are usually delivered after 18:00 same day;
Saturday: orders made before 15:00, delivered after 16:00 same day;
later orders will be delivered the next day, after 18:00.
Order placed after cut-off time will be delivered the next day;
Sunday: we are closed for deliveries.

For addresses outside Edinburgh, within 10-15 miles (e.g.: Livingston, Dunfirmline, Penicuik, Lithlingow, Haddington):

cost £5.00;
Mo-Fr: orders made before 16:00, delivered after 18:00 same day;
Saturday: orders made before 15:00, delivered after 17:00 same day;
Orders placed after cut-off time will be delivered the next day, after 18:00.
Sunday: we are closed for deliveries.

Deliveries to all other addresses within the UK via courier services (RoyalMail, UPS):

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: orders placed before midday usually will be despatched the same day;
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: orders placed after midday usually will be despatched the next day;
Orders placed on Wednesday will be despatched on Thursday;
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despathed on Monday;

Delivery to remote areas (Highlands and Islands) cost of delivery may cost more, please contact us for details;
Cost of delivery depends on the total total weight of purchases in the cart, plus packaging, and is calculated automatically, and the delivery price is determined as follows:

upto 0.25kg - £2.00;
upto 0.5kg - £3.00;
upto 1kg - £4.00;
upto 1.5kg - £6.00;
upto 2kg - £7.00;
upto 10kg - £9.00;
upto 20kg - £12.00;
over 30kg - £16.00;
cost of deliveries to remote areas (e.g. highlands, remote islands) may vary, please check with us before ordering!
